care of patients and the provision of high-quality education for clinicians.

Regina MacArthur, EDD(c), M.S., NRP

The VitalStream Group's CEO, Regina MacArthur, is an experienced paramedic and EMS educator. She currently consults for multiple programs, and coordinates simulation activities for a large, suburban County Fire Department in Virginia. Regina promotes high performance health care through business innovation, quality management, and the use of strategic educational infrastructure and resources. An expert in simulation-based medical education and psychomotor evaluation and curricula, Regina consults with programs in EMS, nursing, and hospital education around the world. Regina is currently completing her dissertation for her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and holds her Masters of Science in Emergency and Public Services from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Duane Siberski, D.O., FACOEP, FACEP

Duane Siberski is The VitalStream Group's Chief Medical Officer. A board-certified Emergency Medicine physician. He is a graduate of Villanova University and also received his paramedic training at Delaware County Community College. Dr. Siberski earned his medical degree at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine and completed his Internship in Pennsylvania at Springfield Hospital and his Emergency Medicine residency in Chicago at Midwest University.

Dr. Siberski serves as Pennsylvania Eastern Region EMS Medical Director, Medical Director for Western Berks Ambulance Association, Region 2 Tactical EMS Unit, Spring Township Fire Department and Mohnton Friendship Fire Company. He serves as a member of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians’ Board of Directors, Eastern Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council Board of Directors and MedCom Board of Directors.

Dr. Siberski is a frequent lecturer on emergency medicine topics at many national, regional and local venues. Whether the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians Scientific Assembly, an American Heart Association conference, the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, La Salle Academy or Boy Scout Troop #237, all groups experience the excitement and passion he holds for the specialty and education.
